Successful coaching outcomes do not happen by accident! In fact, one of the most important factors determining successful coaching outcomes is your readiness to be coached. By this I mean your motivation to be coached, your openness to new experiences and a readiness to be challenged and stretched. Interestingly, the 2017 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study revealed that expanding one’s professional career opportunities was in the top 7 reasons for participating in coaching.

The coaching process itself is designed to enhance your self-knowledge, increase opportunity awareness and promote purposeful action. It’s a practical strategy designed to generate options and achieve outcomes identified by you, and for you, reflecting your uniqueness and your understanding of the world around you.

Keep in mind, career exploration coaching is a commitment you make to yourself and requires an investment of both your time and your resources.
