Here’s How it Works

At Career Logic all coaching sessions are delivered one-to-one and we meet either in person or via Zoom on a weekly or fortnightly basis depending on your needs and commitments. All coaching sessions are invoiced and payment in full is required at least 48 hours prior to our first coaching session. If you feel additional sessions are necessary, we can schedule these accordingly.

As well as our one-to-one coaching sessions, you’ll participate in a variety of highly regarded career exploration self-report questionnaires and activities and be allocated homework tasks, all of which support and reinforce the work we do during our time together. After all, you want to experience a sense of progress both inside and out of the coaching space.

And at the conclusion of our time together we will have created a cloud-based Career Exploration Profile that is about YOU, by YOU and for YOU. This is our working document that has been designed with you in mind so that you continue to feel supported in your ongoing, self-directed career exploration activities. You will have unlimited access to your personalised Career Exploration Profile which is accessible to you, and only you, at any time and from anywhere for as long as you choose.

And whilst our time together has focused on the fundamentals and process of career exploration, take a moment to recognise that you are simultaneously building the foundations for a future of choice versus circumstance.
