Career Logic is a coaching space dedicated to the career explorer.
I’m passionate about how we come to identify a career pathway that embodies our unique career preferences. Career Logic enables me to combine my interest in career exploration with my love of the coaching dynamic. I promote the importance of purposeful and planful career exploration, no matter age or career stage, because in addition to income and lifestyle our careers provide us with other factors that contribute to our overall sense
And that’s why I created Career Logic.
Having been a career explorer myself, I’ve certainly excelled at observing and reflecting on my career journey not to mention taking a deep dive into the decisions I’ve made, lessons learned, opportunities pursued as well as those I didn’t run with. What I discovered was that employment dissatisfaction can have a negative impact on life, health and mental wellbeing. But the game-changer for me was the realisation that no one else will care about my career as much as I do.
It was time to take authorship of my own career narrative.
I have a background in recruitment, HR and operations management and I’ve partnered with over 1000 people as they navigated their own career journeys. I hold a Diploma in Professional Coaching, a Graduate Diploma in Business specialising in Human Resources Management and an undergraduate degree in Education. I’m a Certified Practitioner in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorR and Strong Interest InventoryR, a CDANZ Affiliate and a member of The Association for Coaching.
How often do you wake up on a Monday morning filled with dread, hitting the snooze button repeatedly on your alarm? Is it hard to distinguish one day from the next because you’re just going through the motions – or is your child preparing to transition from education and struggling to find their North Star? Or, what do you do if your self-confidence has abandoned you in the face of returning to work?
To be honest, these are some of my favourite scenarios when it comes to career exploration.

As the Founder & Director of Career Logic Limited, I am passionate about the delivery of professional coaching services specialising in career exploration.
I work with four client groups delivering tailored, strengths-based coaching packages which are client-centred, engaging and future-focused.
I can personally identify with each of my client groups. From school leaver through to being a mum-of-one returning to the workforce I understand, first hand, the inherent challenges faced by the career explorer. I mean, let’s face it, we all want to experience a career that lights us up and to contribute to the world in a way that reflects our true self.
Reflecting upon my own career, the thread that binds my story is my immense satisfaction in connecting with people and sharing in their career journey. I’d like to think I have provided behind-the-scenes guidance, support and encouragement to those I have partnered with, whether that be within a recruitment setting, HR or operations management capacity. More specifically, I have worked with clients and colleagues in uncovering the ‘who’, ‘why’, ‘what’ and ‘where’ in a way that enhances their career experience and narrative.
