Do You Think About Career Choice from the Inside Out?

I ask this question regularly and invariably I get one or a combination of the following responses – silence, a quizzical expression, a drop in energy, a tilting of the head or a shift in posture.

These include social connection, identity and one’s sense of purpose. In essence, the ‘who’ and the ‘why’ of the career exploration puzzle and that’s where I come in.
